Eligibility
Participants must meet eligibility requirements to enroll in specific programs. Eligibility determinations may be based on professional background, prior coursework, or completion of prerequisite modules as described in program materials and case scenarios.
Age requirement: participants must be 18 years or older to enroll in Selenara Path services. We do not target or enroll minors in our adult professional development programs.
Lawful use: services must be used in compliance with applicable laws and for legitimate professional development purposes. Use that facilitates wrongdoing or violates applicable regulation is prohibited.
Country limits: some programs or features may not be available in all jurisdictions. Enrollment eligibility for participants based in Singapore and elsewhere is described in program materials and enrollment screens.
Account and access
To participate in certain services, you may create an account. Account setup supports practical case tracking, progress monitoring, and access to program materials.
Account information: you must provide accurate, current information. Use scenario examples in your profile to help coaches understand your context. You are responsible for updating information that affects program participation.
Account security: protect your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We apply role-based controls and logging to support contribute and scenario-based remediation.
Non-transferable accounts: accounts and program access are personal and non-transferable except where explicitly agreed in writing for corporate group arrangements.
If you believe your account was compromised, inform us immediately at the contact address. We will follow documented incident response procedures and provide a case summary of actions taken.
Suspension: accounts may be suspended for policy violations, suspected fraud, or other risks. Suspensions are documented and notified with reasons and potential next steps.
